One notable upgrade is the easily accessible car park. Gateway@klia2 features an eight-storey parking structure directly connected to the Main Terminal, with space for over 5,600 vehicles.

The car park is fully gated, with 24-hour security personnel on duty, allowing travelers to leave their vehicles overnight or for several days with complete peace of mind.

Long-Term Car Park Facility at KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2)

For travelers requiring extended parking, the Long-Term Car Park (LTCP) is conveniently located near the Malaysia Airports Training Centre. The LTCP provides 4,500 sheltered parking spaces with modern facilities and a free shuttle service to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 every 10 - 15 minutes. The first 30 minutes of parking are free.

Note: After the initial 24 hours, standard parking rates are applied in addition to any previous charges. Only Touch ‘n Go cards and debit cards are accepted for payment. A 10% service fee applies to all cashless transactions.
