Simply book your GRAB or other e-hailing ride using your preferred app, then follow the signs to Doors 4 & 5 on Level 1 of the Transportation Hub at KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2) to meet your driver.

The designated GRAB waiting area / pick-up points at KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2) have been enhanced with comfortable waiting amenities for passengers.

For drivers, the Airport Management provides a complimentary waiting area at the Landside Operations office, just 5 minutes from the terminal, where they can wait before picking up passengers.

By waiting at this designated parking area prior to passenger arrival, GRAB drivers can easily comply with the 5-minute pick-up window at the terminal pick-up points, ensuring a smooth and timely boarding experience.
