At KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2), information counters are located throughout the passenger areas to assist travellers with enquiries, directions, flight details, transportation, accommodation and other airport services. These counters are staffed 24 hours a day, providing support to both arriving and departing passengers.

Locations

Arrival Hall (Level 2) - close to baggage claim and immigration areas, where passengers first enter the terminal.

Departure Hall (Level 3) - near the check-in and flight information displays, making it easy to get help before departure.

Satellite Building areas - additional counters help passengers connecting to gates further from the main terminal.

Staff at the counters can provide assistance with airport navigation, flight status, transport options, prayer room locations, and general travel information.
