Jalan Tun Razak
Jalan Tun Razak is one of the
major and arteries roads in Kuala Lumpur. This road is named after the
second Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Abdul Razak. The road is part of
Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 1 which is an urban and municipal main ring
road in Kuala Lumpur.
Jalan Tun Razak is a busing ring road during rush hour. Today this ring road
is maintained by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur or Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
American Embassy is located around the interchange / junction of
Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak toward
southbound to Sungai Besi.
Menara Tabung Haji and Menara PNB
are the most significant iconic landmark along this road.
Jalan Tun Razak connecting city
center to Sungai Besi intersection as part of the North-South Expressway (NSE)
toward southern peninsular.
The Smart Tunnel (Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel) off Bulatan Kampung
Pandan along southbound of Jalan Tun Razak is a flood mitigation project by
Malaysia government to control storm water discharges is city center.
