General Information of Car Rental Services in Malaysia

- Driver must holding valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or Driving Licence from the countries eligible for automatic driving licence conversion in Malaysia.

- Minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours period). Hourly charge is based on the sixth (1/6) of the applicable daily rate to the maximum of six hours, there after a full day rate will be charged.

 - All rates are quoted in the local currency (MYR) and subject to change without prior notice.

 - Sales and Services Tax (SST) are applicable on services such as delivery/collection, one-way rental, chauffeur driven, baby seat or any other optional services which may require by Renter.

 - Renter is reminded that underbody and overhead damage is at the Renter's risk at all time and all insurance is void if vehicles are driven on unsealed and unmade roads or surfaces.

 - Collision Damage Reduction (CDR) coverage will only be effected subject to the availability of a police report made within 24 hours.

 - Missing of vehicle accessories are not protected under CDR.

 - All rentals are subject to the full terms and conditions set out in the Rental Agreement.
