Online Web Check-in

Passengers can complete TransNusa web check-in from 48 hours up to 120 minutes before departure.

Eligibility for Online Check-in:

•  Accessible through the TransNusa website; requires your Booking Reference Number (PNR) and last name.

Note: Currently available only for domestic flights.

Airport Counter Check-in in KLIA

TransNusa operates from Terminal 1 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

KLIA Check-in Counters: The TransNusa Check-In counters in KLIA Terminal 1 is arranged by the airport authority based on daily conditions. These counters open 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time and close 60 minutes before departure.

Be at the boarding gate at least 40 minutes before departure; boarding gates close 20 minutes prior to departure.
