TransNusa Baggage Allowance

Passengers travelling with TransNusa are permitted to carry the following:

Baggage Allowance

Cabin (Hand) Baggage

Allowance: Passengers are permitted to bring two pieces of carry-on baggage.

Weight Limit: The combined weight of both items must not exceed 7 kg.

Dimensions:

Main Cabin Bag: Maximum size of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm; must fit in the overhead compartment.

Personal Item: Such as a laptop bag or handbag, with a maximum size of 40 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm; must fit under the seat in front of you.

Checked Baggage

Domestic Flights:

Allowance: All fare types include a 20 kg checked baggage allowance.

International Flights:

Seat Fare: Up to 15 kg.
Seat Plus Fare: Up to 20 kg.
Flexi Pro Fare: Up to 30 kg.

Excess Baggage

Pre-Purchase: Additional baggage can be purchased during booking or via the "Manage Booking" section on TransNusa's website.

Rates: Prices vary based on weight and route. For example, on the Jakarta (CGK) to Denpasar (DPS) route, additional baggage fees are:

10 kg: IDR 199,000
16 kg: IDR 299,000
22 kg: IDR 399,000
28 kg: IDR 599,000
34 kg: IDR 799,000
40 kg: IDR 999,000
