Lost and Found

If you lose an item during your Thai Airways flight or at the airport, Thai Airways is here to assist. The Lost and Found service allows you to report and retrieve your belongings quickly and easily. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)

If you lose an item in public areas of KLIA (such as check-in halls, security screening, or immigration), contact KLIA Lost and Found Office directly, as these areas are managed by airport authorities.

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

If an item is left on a Thai Airways aircraft or at the boarding gate:

• Contact Thai Airways customer service or the airline’s local ground handling team.

• Provide your flight number, travel date, seat number, and a detailed description of the item.

• Airport staff may redirect you to the airline if the item is under Thai Airways’ responsibility.

• Airport staff may direct you to the appropriate airline handling department if the item is outside public terminal areas.

Retrieval & Collection

Found items can usually be collected in person at KLIA.

You may authorize another person in writing to collect the item on your behalf, subject to identification requirements.
