On September 16, 2024, STARLUX Airlines announced plans to apply for
membership in the Oneworld alliance by the end of 2025. In January 2025, the
airline reportedly placed an order for five additional Airbus A350 aircraft
to support its busiest routes.
As of early 2026, STARLUX Airlines serves 31 international destinations (including some
operated through codeshare) in 11 countries, including Malaysia.
