If you lose an item during your Qingdao Airlines flight or at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 2 (klia2), Qingdao Airlines provides support to help you report and recover your belongings efficiently.

Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)

If your item is lost in public areas of KLIA Terminal 2 (departure hall, shops, lounges), contact the KLIA Terminal 2 Lost & Found department directly:

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

For items left on the aircraft or at the boarding gate, contact Qingdao Airlines Customer Service with your flight number, date, seat number, and a detailed description of the item; airport staff will direct you to the appropriate handling department if necessary.

Retrieval & Collection

Found items can be collected in person at KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2), or you may authorize someone in writing to collect them on your behalf.

In-Person Assistance

Visit the Lost & Found Office in Terminal 2 (klia2) at Level 3, Departure Hall, for help reporting and tracking your lost items.
