Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Philippine Airlines available from 24 hours to 1 hours before scheduled departure.

Use the Philippine Airlines website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Philippine Airlines offers self-service check-in kiosks at selected airports where it operates, allowing passengers to print boarding passes and sometimes bag tags without waiting in line at the counter.

Please note that not all passengers are eligible. Travelers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 180 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
