The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Batik Air Malaysia.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Batik Air Malaysia available from 48 hours to 4 hours before scheduled departure. During this window you can check-in via the airline’s website or mobile app, select seats (if available), and download or print your boarding pass in advance.

This option can save time at the airport, especially if you only have carry-on baggage. If you are checking bags or require document verification (e.g., for international travel), you’ll still need to visit the airport counter or bag drop after online check-in.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the Departure Hall at KLIA, allowing you to check in and print your boarding pass and baggage tags.

The kiosk is open 24 hours and you are permitted to check-in up to 75 minutes before the departure time.

Please note that not all passengers are eligible. Travelers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Batik Air’s check-in counters are at E9 to E18.

• Counters E 9 to E14 - Economy class
• Counters E15 to E16 - Baggage Drop
• Counters E17 to E18 - Business Class

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 120 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
