The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Lion Air.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Lion Air is available as follows:

Domestic flights: from 24 hours up to 45 minutes before scheduled departure.

International flights: from 24 hours up to 2 hours before scheduled departure.

Passengers may use the Lion Air website or mobile app to check in and download or print their boarding pass.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

The boarding gate closes about 30 minutes before departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 180 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
