Online Web / Mobile Check-in
Garuda Indonesia offers online check-in via its official website and mobile app,
allowing passengers to select seats and obtain boarding passes in advance for a
smoother airport experience.
The service opens 48 hours before scheduled departure and closes as follows:
Domestic flights: up to 2 hours before departure
International flights: up to 4 hours before departure
Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)
For added convenience, passengers may use self-service check-in kiosks located around the departures hall at KLIA. These kiosks help reduce waiting time and streamline the check-in process.
Airport Counter Check-in
Passengers who prefer in-person assistance may check in at the airport counters.
Check-in counters close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Please note that boarding gates close 30 minutes prior to departure, so
passengers are advised to arrive at the gate early.
