If you lose an item during your British Airways flight or at the airport, British Airways is here to assist. The Lost and Found service allows you to report and retrieve your belongings quickly and easily. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)

If you lose an item in public areas of KLIA, such as check-in halls, security screening zones, immigration areas, or arrival corridors, report it directly to the KLIA Lost and Found Office. Airport personnel will help record the loss and check whether the item has been recovered.

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

For checked baggage lost on a British Airways flight arriving at KUL, report it immediately at the airport baggage tracing office or to the handling agent. Airlines or handling agents will assist with retrieval, tracking, and claims.

For items left in restricted areas or on board, contact British Airways customer relations or baggage services through their online lost property / delayed baggage service page and provide your flight details..

Retrieval & Collection

If your item is found, it can be collected in person at KLIA. Alternatively, you may authorize someone in writing to pick it up on your behalf.

In-Person Assistance

Visit the Lost and Found Office in Terminal 1, where staff can guide you on reporting lost items.
