KLIA Lost & Found Center
directly. Provide details such as:
• Date and time the item was lost
• Terminal or specific location
•
Description of the item
KLIA Lost & Found Center
staff will assist you in locating and recovering your property. You may be
required to show proof of identity when collecting your items.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If you leave an item on the aircraft or at the boarding gate before departure,
contact Bhutan Airlines Customer Service or the issuing agent with your flight number, date,

assistance if the item is outside public areas. For lost checked baggage,
airlines or their ground handling agents manage tracing and recovery.
