Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

If you leave an item on the aircraft or at the boarding gate, contact Air India’s local handling team with your flight number, date, seat number, and a detailed description of the item. In KLIA, Air India typically uses a ground handling agent for these services.

Handling Agent (Pos Aviation): +603 8776 5772 / 5773

Air India KLIA Airport Office: +60 12 616 6798 (Oscar Holidays - GSA)

Retrieval & Collection

If your item is found, it can be collected in person at KLIA. Alternatively, you may authorize someone in writing to pick it up on your behalf. Ensure you have your Property Irregularity Report (PIR) or reference number and a valid photo ID for verification.
