International arrival passengers in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will pass through the arrival concourse located on Level 3.

Passengers arriving at Satellite Building will have to board the Aerotrain to reach the Main Terminal Building (MTB).

Arrival at the MTB would be on the Mezzanine Level (Level 4) and access to the Arrival Level would be via lifts or escalators. These are located a short distance away from the Aerotrain. There are a total of 48 Immigration counters for arriving passengers and another 16 for transfer passengers. All foreigners are required to complete a disembarkation card before reaching this counter.

Complimentary luggage trolleys are available within the baggage reclaim area and within the MTB. Hand luggage trolleys are available outside arrival gates. At the Covered Car Park, trolleys can be found at specific nests on all floors. There are 12 baggage conveyors identified by alphabets A to M ('I' has been omitted).

For Transit Flight, keep tabs on real-time status of a flight as displayed on Flight Information Displays (FIDS) at the KLIA.

International Arrivals

- For passengers of international flights arriving at the Satellite Building, they must board the Aerotrain to the MTB.

- You will arrive at the mezzanine level of the Contact Pier and take the escalators down to the arrival level (level 3)

- For international passengers who arrive at the Contact Pier mezzanine level, go down to arrival level.

- Go through your immigration checks and collect your baggage at the international baggage claim.

- After clearing customs, passengers can make hotel reservations and rent cars or limousines at the arrival concourse area. Passengers can board buses and taxis at the curbside of the arrival area or be picked up at the same level or at the pick-up points at block B and block C car parks.

- For the tour groups, proceed to the ground level of the MTB for tour buses.

Lost Luggage

If you have lost your luggage in the aircraft, contact the respective Airlines ground handlers at their dedicated counters or the Airport Authority at Tel: 603 8787 8888. Contact the Airport Police at Tel : 603 8787 2222 if your baggage has been lost within the airport, or in a taxi on the way to the airport.

For baggage lost in an airport limousine, further assistance can be obtained from the Airport Limo Service at Free Phone : 1-800-880-737.

Tourist Information Counter

Arriving for vacation and need some update on latest information? There is Tourist Information Counter located at the third floor of the MTB near to the baggage reclaim area.

It is managed by Tourism Malaysia and supported by Malaysia Airports and Malaysia Airlines (MAS).
