The airport operates two passenger terminals: Terminal 1 for domestic flights
and Terminal 2 for international services. Terminal 2, which features a modern
design highlighting local materials and natural ventilation, offers a wide range
of amenities to enhance passenger comfort.
Facilities across both terminals
include check-in counters, self-service kiosks, immigration and customs
services, baggage claim areas, airport lounges, retail outlets, and duty-free
shops. Food and beverage options range from cafés and fast-food outlets to
full-service restaurants serving both Filipino and international cuisine. Free
Wi-Fi is available throughout the airport, along with ATMs, currency exchange
services, and travel assistance desks.

Mactan-Cebu International Airport is served by a mix of full-service and low-cost carriers, including Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Philippines AirAsia, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Korean Air, EVA Air, Emirates, Scoot, and several regional airlines. Destinations include major hubs such as Manila, Davao, Clark, Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, Bangkok, and Dubai, making Cebu an important aviation hub outside the Philippine capital.
Transportation
Travelers can access Cebu City and surrounding areas via taxis, metered and
fixed-rate airport taxis, ride-hailing services such as Grab, and hotel-arranged
transfers. Public jeepneys and buses also operate between the airport, Mactan
Island, and Cebu City, providing more economical transport options. Travel times
vary depending on traffic conditions, particularly when crossing the bridges
linking Mactan Island to mainland Cebu.
Mactan-Cebu International Airport
continues to expand and modernize to support growing tourism and business travel
in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. With its upgraded infrastructure and
expanding route network, the airport remains a key hub for both domestic and
