Cancellation Policy

By default, Uzbekistan Airways tickets are subject to the fare rules of the purchased ticket.

Some fare types may allow cancellation with a penalty fee, while others may permit free cancellation if made within the airline’s permitted timeframe.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are returned to the original form of payment and may take up to 20 working days to be processed, depending on the payment method and bank procedures.
