The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Turkish Airlines.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Turkish Airlines available from 24 hours to 90 minutes before scheduled departure.

Use the Turkish Airlines website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass. If you have checked baggage, you’ll still need to drop it off at the airport baggage counter after online check-in.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the Departure Hall at KLIA, allowing you to check in and print your boarding pass and baggage tags.

Kiosk check-in is open from 4 hours up to approximately 90 minutes before departure.

Turkish Airlines self-service check-in may not be available at KUL and most check-in is done at the airline counter.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 180 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
