Cancellation Policy

By default, Turkish Airlines tickets are non-refundable, subject to the fare rules of the purchased ticket.

Some fare types may allow cancellation with a penalty fee, while others may permit free cancellation within a limited time period after booking.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the fare type, route, and ticket conditions:
