The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Thai Airways.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Thai Airways available from 48 hours to 1.5 hours before scheduled departure.

Use the Thai Airways website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the Departure Hall at KLIA, allowing you to check in and print your boarding pass and baggage tags.

Kiosk check-in is open from 4 hours up to approximately 1 hour 5 minutes before departure.

Please note that not all passengers are eligible. Travelers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. The counters at the airport open 3 hours and will be closing 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Thai Airways KLIA Airport Check-in Counter : G1-G7.

Boarding gate will close 30 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure.
