If you misplaced an item during your Scoot flight or at the airport, Scoot
provides support through its Lost and Found service. You can quickly report your
missing belongings and begin the recovery process by following the steps below.
Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)
If you’ve lost something anywhere in the klia2 terminal building (public areas)
including things left in lounges, shops, toilets, or common areas, the airport’s
Lost & Found Centre
is the first place to contact:

Items handed in are usually held for around 30 days before disposition.
Onboard Losses
If the item was left on the aircraft, inform Scoot staff with your
flight details and seating information for faster retrieval.
Online Reporting
Check Scoot’ official website to submit a lost item report
digitally, if available.
Claiming Your Item
Verification Required: Present proof of ownership (e.g., receipts, photos) and
valid ID to collect the item.
Storage Locations: Recovered items are held at the airport’s Lost & Found or the
airline’s local office.
Important Notes
• Perishable/hazardous items may not be stored long-term.
• Unclaimed items are subject to disposal/donation after a set period (varies by
location).
• Act quickly, early reporting improves recovery chances.
