The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Scoot at KLIA (KUL) Terminal 2 (klia2).

Online Web Check-in

Online check-in for Scoot available from 48 hours to 1.5 hours before scheduled departure.

Use the Scoot website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

Kiosks are located in Terminal 2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). . You can check in and print your boarding pass + baggage tags.

Kiosk check-in window: 4 hours to about 1 hour 5 minutes before departure.

Note: Not all travelers are eligible. For example, those needing special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check‑in opens: 3 hours before departure for B787 flights, 2.5 hours before for other aircraft.

Counters close 60 minutes before departure.

Arrival advice: It's recommended to arrive at least 120 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and other formalities.
