Cancellation Policy

By default, Royal Jordanian tickets are non-refundable, according to the fare rules of the ticket purchased.

• Tickets that permit cancellation may be subject to cancellation fees.

Baggage Fees

If the airline cancels the flight:

Prepaid baggage fees will be refunded automatically by Royal Jordanian, or the airline may allow the credit to be applied to your new booking. You may also request a full refund through Royal Jordanian’s website or by contacting customer service.

If you cancel the flight:

Prepaid baggage fees are non-refundable unless you purchased a refundable fare (which is uncommon on Royal Jordanian) or the airline’s conditions specifically allow refunds. In most cases, the baggage fee is forfeited when the passenger cancels the booking.
