As of early 2026, Qingdao Airlines operates scheduled services to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) using Airbus narrow-body aircraft from the Airbus A320 family.

• Airbus A320 family (A319 / A320)

Cabin Configuration

Economy Class (Single-Class Cabin)

• All-Economy cabin configuration (no Business Class or Premium Economy cabin)
• 3-3 seating layout across the cabin
• Standard seat pitch of approximately 30 to 31 inches
• Reclining seats with adjustable headrests
• Overhead storage compartments available throughout the cabin
• Individual reading lights and air vents at each seat row
• In-flight refreshments available depending on route and fare type
• Personal electronic devices permitted for use during flight
• Aircraft are not equipped with seatback entertainment systems
• In-seat power outlets or USB ports are not installed on most aircraft

Seat Selection

• Seat selection available during the booking process or through customer service
• Complimentary seat assignment provided during check-in
• Forward or preferred seats may be available subject to availability
• Passengers departing from Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (klia2) complete check-in at the airport counter if online check-in is not used
