The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Qatar Airways.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Qatar Airways are available. Online check-in for flights from the U.S. opens 24 hours prior to departure and check-in for flights to the U.S. opens 24 hours prior to departure from Doha.

Download the Qatar Airways mobile application to your smart phone for greater convenience with each journey.

Check in from your mobile phone by typing qatarairways.com into your browser, or download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

For all other flights, online check-in is available 48 hours to 90 minutes before flight departure.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available for Qatar Airways in the Departure Hall at KLIA, allowing you to check in and print your boarding pass and baggage tags.

Kiosk check-in is open from 4 hours up to approximately 90 minutes before departure.

Please note that not all passengers are eligible. Travelers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 180 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
