Cancellation Policy

In some countries (like the USA), regulations require airlines to allow full refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, provided the ticket was booked at least a week before departure. Refund Policy

Qantas customers will be entitled to a refund in the following situations:

• If Qantas cancels your flight and does not provide a suitable alternative.

If you cancel the flight:
