Cancellation Policy

By default, Oman Air tickets are non-refundable, depending on the fare rules purchased.

• Economy Saver / Light fares: Non-refundable

• Economy Flex / Business Class fares: Refundable under certain conditions, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the route and fare type

• All cancellations must be requested through Oman Air’s website, call centre, or ticketing office

Refund Policy
