Passengers travelling with Mahan Air are permitted to carry the following:

Carry-on Baggage

Economy Class

One cabin bag up to 5 kg, with maximum dimensions about 55 × 40 × 30 cm (may vary slightly by route) allowed onboard.

Business Class

One cabin bag up to 7 kg, similar size limit and must fit in overhead bin or under the seat.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage allowance depends on your route and class of service:

International Flights

Economy Class: 30 kg total checked baggage.

Business Class: 40 kg total checked baggage.

Domestic Flights (if applicable)

Economy Class: 20 kg

Business Class: 30 kg

Extra Baggage

To avoid extra charges: make sure your checked baggage fits within your weight allowance and number of pieces. Any excess weight or extra piece beyond the included allowance will incur additional fees, provided there is space in the aircraft hold.

Extra baggage fees vary by destination and can often be purchased at a discount in advance through the airline’s website or customer service.
