Passengers can complete web check-in from 48 hours up to 60 minutes before
departure.
Eligibility for Online Check-in:
✔ Passengers with confirmed e-tickets
✔ Passengers traveling on IndiGo-operated flights
✔ Those not requiring special assistance (e.g., unaccompanied minors, passengers
with pets, medical conditions)
Airport Kiosk Check-in
Self-Service Kiosks: Available in Terminal 1 for convenient check-in and
printing of boarding passes.
Airport Counter Check-in in KLIA
IndiGo operates from Terminal 1 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
KLIA Check-in Counters: The IndiGo Check-In counters in KLIA Terminal 1 is
arranged by the airport authority based on daily conditions. These counters open
4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time and close 75 minutes before
departure.
