The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with IndiGo.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Passengers can complete web / mobile check-in from 48 hours up to 60 minutes before departure for domestic flights, while for international flights, it's 24 hours to 75 minutes before departure, allowing you to get your boarding pass and skip the counter for bag drop.

Eligibility for Online Check-in:

• Passengers with confirmed e-tickets
•  Passengers traveling on IndiGo-operated flights
•  Those not requiring special assistance (e.g., unaccompanied minors, passengers with pets, medical conditions)

Airport Counter Check-in in KLIA

IndiGo operates from Terminal 1 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

KLIA Check-in Counters: The IndiGo Check-In counters in KLIA Terminal 1 is arranged by the airport authority based on daily conditions. These counters open 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time and close 75 minutes before departure.
