If the airline cancels the flight:

Prepaid baggage fees will be refunded automatically by Flynas, or the airline may allow the credit to be applied to your new booking. You may also request a full refund through Flynas’s website or by contacting customer service.

If you cancel the flight:

Prepaid baggage fees are non-refundable unless you purchased a refundable fare (which is uncommon on Flynas) or the airline’s conditions specifically allow refunds. In most cases, the baggage fee is forfeited when the passenger cancels the booking.
