The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with EVA Air.

KLIA Airport Check-in Counters

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for EVA Air available from 48 hours to 60 minutes before scheduled departure.

Use the EVA Air website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

EVA Air does support self‑service check‑in kiosks at some airports, but the official EVA Air global/region site does not specifically list Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) as one of the supported kiosk locations as of early 2026.

Please note that not all passengers are eligible. Travelers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 180 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
