The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with EgyptAir.

KLIA Airport Check-in Counters

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for EgyptAir available from 48 hours to 60 minutes before scheduled departure.

Use the EgyptAir website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the Departure Hall at KLIA, allowing you to check in and print your boarding pass and baggage tags.

Kiosk check-in is open from 4 hours up to approximately 90 minutes before departure.

Please note that not all passengers are eligible. Travelers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 180 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
