The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Cebu Pacific Air at KLIA (KUL) Terminal 2 (klia2).

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Cebu Pacific Air are available. Online check-in closes 4 hours prior to departure for international flights and up to 1 hour prior to departure for domestic flights.

Use the Cebu Pacific Air website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Cebu Pacific Air does have Self-Service Check-in Kiosks at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (klia2) that you can use for check-in and to print your boarding pass before your flight. These kiosks are located in the departure/check-in hall and help you avoid long lines at the counter.

Kiosk check-in is open from 4 hours up to approximately 1.5 hours before departure.

Please note that not all passengers are eligible. Travelers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 2 (klia2), Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 120 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
