By default, Batik Air tickets are non-refundable, subject to the
fare rules of the ticket purchased.
Voluntary cancellations are not permitted for Super Saver fares. For all other
fare types, cancellations may be allowed with an applicable cancellation fee.
Passengers are advised to review the fare benefits and terms and conditions
displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellations with full refunds may be permitted in specific situations, such as
significant flight rescheduling or delays, subject to airline policy.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the fare type, reason for the refund request, and
timing of the cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, with a
processing time of up to 30 days.
Refunds may be considered in special circumstances such as:
