— Generally 1 piece, up to 23 kg.

Infants

Allowed 1 piece up to 23 kg (no carry‑on).

Extra Baggage

If your baggage exceeds your free allowance (either by extra pieces or weight), you can purchase additional baggage — but charges apply.

Extra Pieces

• You can buy extra checked pieces (up to the normal weight limits for your class):

• First additional bag and second/more additional bags each have specific rates.

• Rates vary by route (e.g., Europe, Australia, Johannesburg, KL) and are typically shown in EUR.

Overweight Baggage

• Economy or business bags that exceed the standard per‑piece weight (23 kg or 32 kg) are charged extra per kilogram.

• Rates also vary by region.

Oversized Baggage

• Baggage with dimensions between 158 cm and 300 cm may be accepted for an additional fee (e.g., oversized charge around EUR 325), if pre‑arranged.

Sports and Special Equipment

• Items like golf bags or surfboards can often be included in free baggage if within size/weight limits — otherwise charges apply or they must be pre‑arranged.
