Air Macau Check-in Information at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL)

The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Air Macau.

KLIA Airport Check-in Counters

Online Web Check-in

Opens 24 hours before departure and closes 90 minutes before departure.

Passengers must still collect their boarding pass at the airport check-in counter at least 70 minutes before departure.

Self-Service Kiosk Check-in

Available at Macau International Airport (Zones A, B, C, and D).

Operates from 6 hours before departure until 70 minutes before departure.

Passengers with special requirements (e.g., unaccompanied minors, wheelchair assistance) must check in at the staffed counters in Zone C.

Airport Counter Check-in KLIA

The Air Macau Check-In counters in KLIA Terminal 1 is arranged by the airport authority based on daily conditions. Please take note that check-in deadlines close 50 - 70 minutes before departure.

General Recommendations

Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.

Ensure baggage complies with Air Macau’s policies to avoid delays.

Passengers requiring special assistance should check in earlier to allow extra processing time.
