Cancellation Policy

• The promotional or discounted Economy fares are non-refundable
• Refundable fares allow cancellation with applicable service or cancellation fees

• Tickets can be cancelled via the Air Macau website, customer service, ticket office, or the original booking agent

Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility and amounts are determined by the fare rules stated on the ticket
• Refundable tickets receive the remaining balance after deduction of cancellation and service fees
• Non-refundable tickets may only be eligible for a refund of unused airport taxes and government charges
• In cases of flight cancellation or significant schedule changes by Air Macau, passengers may opt for a refund of the unused portion
• Refunds are credited to the original form of payment

Baggage Fees

If the airline cancels the flight:

Prepaid baggage fees will be refunded automatically by Air Macau, or the airline may allow the credit to be applied to your new booking. You may also request a full refund through Air Macau’s website or by contacting customer service.

If you cancel the flight:

Prepaid baggage fees are non-refundable unless you purchased a refundable fare (which is uncommon on Air Macau) or the airline’s conditions specifically allow refunds. In most cases, the baggage fee is forfeited when the passenger cancels the booking.
