As of December 2025, Air China’s aircraft and cabin configurations specifically for Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) routes are as below:

• Airbus A321
• Airbus A330-200 / A330-300
• Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner (operated on selected frequencies)

Business Class

• Fully flat-bed seats on wide-body aircraft (A330 and Boeing 787)
• Recliner-style seats on narrow-body Airbus A321
• 2-2-2 seating layout on A330; 1-2-1 layout on Boeing 787
• Generous seat pitch and personal space
• Priority check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
• Premium Chinese and international dining with inflight entertainment

Premium Economy Class (available on selected wide-body aircraft)

• Wider seats with increased recline and legroom
• 2-3-2 seating layout on A330; 2-2-2 on Boeing 787
• Dedicated cabin with enhanced service
• Larger personal entertainment screens
• Priority boarding on selected fares

Economy Class

• 3-3 layout on Airbus A321; 2-4-2 on A330; 3-3-3 on Boeing 787
• Adjustable headrests and standard legroom
• Seatback personal entertainment screens on wide-body aircraft
• Complimentary meals and beverages on all international flights
• USB or in-seat power available on most aircraft

Seat Selection

• Available during booking or via Manage Booking
• Complimentary or paid seat selection depending on fare family
• Preferred and extra-legroom seats may incur additional charges
