The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Air China.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Air China are available at its official website. To check-in, passengers must enter the relevant travel details to check-in. Online check-in opens 48 - 24 hours before scheduled flight departure time, depending on the airport where passengers are flying from.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the Departure Hall at KLIA, allowing you to check in and print your boarding pass and baggage tags.

Kiosk check-in is open from 4 hours up to approximately 90 minutes before departure.

Please note that not all passengers are eligible. Travelers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, or those with extra-seat bookings cannot use kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 120 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
